Requirements

5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, maintenance, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in production, logistics, or a related field
Ability to manage and quickly respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
Able to meet physical demands including material handling and extended periods of standing and movement
Proficiency with standard business tools and systems, including technology

Nice To Haves

Experience working with equipment in transportation or production environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across maintenance, yard, and logistics functions
Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to meet production demands
Manage transportation planning, routing, and delivery coordination
Support and develop the lead, drivers, and other team members
Partner with internal teams to align priorities and ensure execution
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained/repaired and operating effectively
Monitor performance, manage costs, and support operational reporting
Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
Help maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment
