About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Equipment Rental Specialist role. This position supports telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. The Equipment Rental Specialist is the Company’s front line of contact with the customer, responsible for understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating, and placing orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and the ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
