We’re looking for a driven and experienced Equipment Rental Manager to lead our Randolph, MA location. As a Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage a dedicated team, and drive sales and rentals of top-tier equipment—including Caterpillar earthmoving machines, aerial lifts, generators, and more. Your leadership will be key to ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to evolving systems and tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods with frequent bending.
  • Capability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Extensive travel to and from customer job sites.
