The Equipment Project Manager performs construction schedule reviews, generates ship status reports, coordinates selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services for projects. This role is responsible for creating detailed cost estimates, resolving major scope deviations, maintaining the accuracy of forecasted cost at completion, and creating/revising project schedules. Key duties also include preparing material and vendor orders, entering equipment orders, issuing purchase orders, generating work orders for equipment start-ups, and managing project cash-flow. The manager will work with customers, warehouses, and claims to handle freight issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure the successful transition of warranty to the service process.
