About The Position

Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Project Administrator in our MidAtlantic Region, Equipment group. Locations for this role would be (Pennsylvania offices - Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre), Maryland office Baltimore, Virginia offices Richmond, Roanoke, Chesapeake). Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each project. This position is required to closely interact with Project Managers, Account Managers and other assigned project staff to ensure the timely completion of each project.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work well on a team
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administrative functions to support the equipment fulfillment process.
  • Issue vendor purchase orders for non-Trane items, including all related tasks in Worksight, iProcurement, and TAP.
  • Complete the final ESU Packet and verify that all equipment has been properly linked in Salesforce for the ESU and SA sold with the project.
  • Ensure all required documentation is provided to the Service Team for proper execution and manpower planning.
  • Provide customers with appropriate closeout documentation, including warranty information and electronic links to IOMs.
  • Partner with the equipment team to support the submission of claims.
