Requirements

  • Operate production shop tools safely and store them properly.
  • Abide by all safety rules, conduct safety testing and complete necessary paperwork for tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow-through on assigned projects or tasks.
  • Establish, maintain, and foster positive harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Nice To Haves

  • Light refurbishment and conduct minor repairs of equipment.
  • Examine product, pressure wash and clean equipment to iMedical standards.
  • Prep, sand, clean all parts and store properly for inventory.
  • Breakdown and organize equipment for part harvesting of beds and stretchers.
  • Arrange and store equipment and supplies for inventory purposes.
  • Paint and basic cosmetic repair on equipment for usage.
  • Remove parts on equipment to re-purpose, replace upholstery when needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job area of production to company standards and hazard free.
  • Complete other duties as assigned, including training new associates, or learning new skills to be efficient for the production team.
  • Performs quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
