About The Position
Join ID Logistics at our In-Person Hiring Event and discover how you can help power a fast-growing distribution operation where your skills make an immediate impact every day. You'll safely move, store, pick, and stage products throughout the warehouse while helping ensure inventory accuracy and on-time customer deliveries. You'll operate powered industrial equipment, support inbound and outbound operations, and play a critical role in keeping the distribution center running efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to successfully complete post-hire assessment
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a Tugger, Order Picker, Reach Truck, Forklift, or other powered industrial equipment
- Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience
- Experience with picking, put away, shipping, receiving, or inventory activities
- Experience in a high-volume, start-up, or rapidly growing operation
- Strong attention to detail and productivity mindset
