Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator to join our team in our North Mankato-MN facility. Requirements

Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail
High degree of mechanical ability
Good reading ability
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Responsibilities

Operate equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production
Setups, adjustments and cleanups
Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
Read and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion
