About The Position

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Assist with material handling and site organization Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly Support team operations to ensure production goals are met

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environments
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Must meet company and regulatory requirements for equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Assist with material handling and site organization
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly
• Support team operations to ensure production goals are met
