Requirements

Ability to be on your feet for the majority of your shift and willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Be able to tell the difference between colors and pick out fine details.
Ability to read written instructions such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
Effective communication with supervisors and fellow employees.
Ability to be reliable for your scheduled shifts.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
Frequently required to move inside the facility.
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Production experience and mechanical ability.

Responsibilities

Set up and run a printing press.
Make special occasion items like invitations, napkins, holiday cards, etc.
Problem solve for mechanical issues and adjust as necessary to meet quality standards.
Make sure finished copy is correct and monitor for quality.
Change ink, foil, and die cuts.
Pull enough stock to fill and finish orders.
Wash and perform maintenance on equipment as needed.
