About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll operate palletizers, forklifts, and yard tractors to support daily shipping, receiving, and production needs. This position requires a Class A CDL and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in a team‑oriented environment
• Follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and food‑safety policies
• Work independently and support team goals as assigned by leadership
• Lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent stair climbing, bending, twisting, and reaching above shoulder height
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Availability to work overtime as needed (up to 64 hours/week)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including single and doublewide pallet‑handling forklifts and yard tractors
• Load and unload semi‑trailers
• Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products and materials; report inconsistencies to management
• Use bar‑code scanning equipment accurately and efficiently
• Complete all required documentation with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all housekeeping procedures
• Assist with production tasks when required
