About The Position

This role operates heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently. It also involves performing routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment, assisting with site operations including material handling and stockpile management, and following safety protocols to contribute to a culture of safety. Effective communication with team members and supervisors is essential to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
• Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures in industrial environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
• Reliable attendance and commitment to high-quality work
