Requirements
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of equipment operation and basic maintenance
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
- A team-player attitude with strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Mining or aggregate industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment including: Front-end loaders, Dozers, Haul trucks, Excavators
- Perform routine inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Work closely with teammates, customers, and supervisors in a professional and respectful way
- Stay alert to safety, efficiency, and changing jobsite conditions
- Help solve problems and keep production moving
- Support additional operational duties as needed
