Position Summary RBCI is seeking a Equipment Operator to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles and material handling equipment in support of warehouse and logistics operations. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required. This position is contingent upon contract award. (Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience operating heavy equipment and vehicles including those with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of up to 80,000 pounds.
  • A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with Class A endorsement, trailer endorsement
  • Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the movement and delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and materials.
  • Must be able to obtain certification to operate forklifts ranging from 4K to 30K capacity.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in maneuvering large vehicles in various environments and conditions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
