About The Position

As an Equipment Operator, you will support the team by assisting with order picking, let downs, replenishment, and helping all departments meet their goals. The role involves working with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle.

Success requires reliability, accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to learn quickly while balancing quality, pace, and efficiency with safety. The operator is expected to consider how their work affects others, remove obstacles for the next person in line, treat others with kindness and respect, and arrive ready to contribute each day.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, including a $1.00 shift differential. The position is located at 1950 S. Vintage Ave., Ontario, CA 91761.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of forklift experience using an order picker or cherry picker.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and of moral character; pre-employment background and drug tests are used.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders or stairs, working at heights in elevated areas, and tolerating dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order picking, let downs, and replenishment, and support departments in meeting their goals.
• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, order/cherry pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, cycle counting, and other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
