About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate mobile and stationary equipment to support daily production activities Perform pre‑shift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns Follow safe operating procedures to maintain a secure work environment Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and material movement Support general site operations as needed to meet production goals

Requirements

  • Demonstrated capability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial environment
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying environmental conditions
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile and stationary equipment to support daily production activities
  • Perform pre‑shift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns
  • Follow safe operating procedures to maintain a secure work environment
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and material movement
  • Support general site operations as needed to meet production goals
