About The Position
The Equipment Operator (Operations) supports water, wastewater, and utility operations by operating equipment and vehicles for field projects. A Class B CDL Driver’s License with Air Brake Certification is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of utility or field equipment operation.
- Class B CDL Driver’s License with Air Brake Certification required.
Nice To Haves
- CDL license preferred.
- Knowledge of water/wastewater systems a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavation, trenching, and lifting equipment.
- Assist with pipeline, water main, and wastewater system work.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to sites.
- Support crews in utility operations and emergency response.
