About The Position

Label Works, a Taylor company, is looking for an Equipment Operator to join their team. This role involves operating automatic or semi-automatic machines in a continuous production/processing operation, including cutters, slitters, and shrink wrappers. The position also includes assisting in shipping by pre-boxing and preparing orders, proofreading and quality checking product, and cleaning and maintaining the work area in compliance with safety regulations. The operator may also be asked to assist in other departmental areas as workload requires. Requirements

Mechanical and technical skills/aptitude
Basic math skills to read ruler and calculate label dimensions for stock optimization
Ability to operate equipment to obtain proficiency as measured through production and quality standards
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions for work orders
Strong attention to detail
Proof read and quality check product
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
