About The Position

Join the Taylor Team This Holiday Season! We are looking for Seasonal Equipment Operators to join the Taylor Team this holiday season. We’re offering full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and multiple shift options to choose from. Positions start at $15 per hour and training is provided! To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding the English Language.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well with others and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for operating production machinery while working at a fast and consistent pace.
Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
Check plates for correct format.
Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.
