About The Position

B.H. Inc. of Midland, Texas, is looking to hire a full-time experienced Pressure Digger Equipment Operator to join our high voltage construction team. This specialized role involves the safe and precise operation of pressure diggers for critical high voltage projects. This is a field-based position that requires a high degree of technical skill, safety commitment, and versatility in supporting high voltage activities. Brad Haslem started BHI with just six other people in 1998. Requirements

A Class A CDL is required
2 years of experience operating a pressure digger
Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to strictly follow safety procedures and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Good verbal communication skills for effective coordination with foremen and crew
