In this hands-on role, the operator will be responsible for operating a material handler or excavator to move metal throughout the yard, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a safe, team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Willingness to complete manual labor when required and ability to learn other aspects of the job
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening
High School diploma or GED
