About The Position

Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor company, is seeking 3rd Shift Equipment Operators to join our team in our Fort Worth location. Venture Solutions offers you a clean, well-lit, and safe environment so that you can grow into your full potential. To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Shift: Sunday – Friday, 10:00pm - 6:00am (3rd Shift)

Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility

Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Nice To Haves

Ability to effectively communicate with team members
Previous experience operating Intelligent Inserters
Prior experience within the print industry/fast-paced high production environment
High degree of analytical skills

Responsibilities

Read and interpret job information in order to determine production operation
Set up and operate machine inserting statements and other related materials into envelopes for mailing (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Make continuous quality checks throughout operations
Troubleshoot simple issues that might occur during the shift
Report problems or concerns with quality results to senior management immediately
Place letters/packages into bins to be shipped once inserted
Utilize job instructions, documentation and quality procedures
Understand and interpret 2D barcodes
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
