Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our mining and aggregate operations running safely and efficiently. Requirements

Experience operating heavy equipment required
Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Mining or aggregate industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Safely operate heavy equipment including: Front End Loaders, Dozers, Haul Trucks, Excavators
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Work collaboratively with customers, coworkers, and leadership
Maintain a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Support additional operational tasks as needed
