Requirements

  • Demonstrated capability in operational or industrial engineering within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and operational levels
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with engineering tools, systems, and technical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily operational engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance
  • Analyze processes, equipment, and production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, modifications, and capital improvements
  • Ensure engineering practices align with operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
