Position Overview: Local Equipment Operator Our top priority is hiring safe, dependable Equipment Operators who take pride in delivering excellent service to the community.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL a plus
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a garbage truck on designated residential and/or commercial routes
- Collect solid waste, recycling, or yard waste following local regulations
- Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher assignments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including fluids, tires, and safety equipment
- Maintain professional and courteous customer interactions
- Complete other job-related duties as assigned
