About The Position

This full-time Equipment Operator position is based in Lebanon, Tennessee, in the Operations - Last Mile department. The role retrieves, moves, and stacks merchandise; handles warehouse orders; maintains inventory records; and keeps production areas and equipment clean and organized. The operator uses material handling equipment, which may include forklifts, and uses a computer as part of daily work. Compensation is $22.00 per hour. The operator uses a computer-based WMS to enter data, check product status, and enter shipment information. Duties include receiving and storing inbound product, picking and packing orders, building pallets, performing light assembly, preparing outbound shipments, and moving product into trucks and trailers. The role also supports labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking, and prepares bills of lading and carrier manifests. Employees maintain a safe, clean workplace in accordance with the FIDELITONE Standardized 5S Program and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Certified stand-up or sit-down forklift driver, or willing to learn as needed.
Knowledge of commonly used warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures; able to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
Basic knowledge of computer systems.
Ability to perform work with minimal direction and an emphasis on safety.
Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
Ability to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Ability to adapt to workplace changes and shift priorities easily.
High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Warehouse Management Systems experience.

Responsibilities

Use a computer-based WMS to enter data, check product status, and enter shipment information.
Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
Pick and pack orders, build pallets, and perform light assembly.
Stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
Assist with labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.
Create bills of lading and manifests for different carriers.
Prepare and stage skids for outbound shipments using different carriers.
Move product from staging or storage areas into outbound trucks and trailers.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following the FIDELITONE Standardized 5S Program.
Remove trash as directed after products are unwrapped or assembled.
Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
