About The Position

Denali Water Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Windrow Turner Operator to support daily composting and material management operations. This position requires an experienced heavy equipment operator who is comfortable operating a variety of equipment, including a windrow turner, skid steer, tractor, and front-end loader. The ideal candidate thrives in outdoor environments and can work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions throughout the year.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience required.
Strong understanding of equipment safety procedures and daily maintenance requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating windrow turners, loaders, tractors, skid steers, or similar equipment preferred.
Experience in composting, agriculture, landscaping, waste management, or related industries is preferred.
CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate a windrow turner to manage and maintain compost windrows according to operational requirements.
Safely operate heavy equipment, including: Windrow Turner, Skid Steer, Tractor, Front-End Loader
Monitor composting processes and assist with material movement, blending, and site maintenance.
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, and operational inefficiencies.
Maintain accurate operational records and equipment logs as required.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and environmental regulations.
Assist with site cleanup and general facility upkeep.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
