About The Position

American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company seeking reliable individuals with warehouse experience to perform general warehouse duties such as picking and put away in the Port Deposit area. This role requires quick thinking, the ability to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. We are specifically looking for Order Picker operators for 12-hour shifts, offering 3 to 4 days off per week. Success in this role is driven by attendance, attitude, and performance.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience.
• Order picker or reach truck operation experience.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs consistently.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years old and not currently enrolled in High School.
