They are looking for an Equipment Operator’s Assistant to aid and assist the operator by loading, packaging, or catching materials. Requirements

Ability to stand, lift, bend and flex for a full shift
Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills
Work well independently as well as in a team environment
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Nice To Haves

Experience in a production related environment preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting in the setup of equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner
Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system
