Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator’s Assistant to aid and assist the operator by loading, packaging or catching of materials. Requirements

  • Ability to stand, lift, bend and flex for a full shift
  • Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills
  • Work well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility
  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a production related environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the setup of equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
  • Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
