About The Position

Taylor Corporation is hiring for multiple positions on its North Mankato Production Team, including Production Support and Equipment Operator roles. Positions support production operations and may suit candidates with manufacturing experience or those looking to learn. Available opportunities are on 1st and 2nd shifts in North Mankato, Minnesota. Taylor offers a $1,000 new-hire incentive and DailyPay access to earned wages.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist with daily production operations to keep jobs moving efficiently and meet production deadlines.
Prepare, operate, and monitor equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards.
Check job specifications for product type, size, color, and quantity.
Visually inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and help keep work areas clean and organized.
Coordinate with team members to prioritize jobs and meet changing production needs.
Follow all safety requirements, procedures, and guidelines.
