About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Equipment Operator for our automated warehouse at the distribution center. The primary role of the Equipment Operator is to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, damage control, and maintaining overall cleanliness (clean as you go).

Requirements

• Ability to work swiftly and efficiently to maintain the flow of operations.
• Capable of navigating ladders, steps, conveyors, and machinery with ease.
• Understanding of mechanical systems to identify and address issues effectively.
• Competency in basic computer operations and software applications related to warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and correct physical faults within the automated system through manual intervention within the machine.
• Reset computer faults as they occur.
• Monitor the automated system for visual indications of faults by inspecting the system and computer screens.
• Maintain accreditation through ongoing training and requisite testing.
• Use pallet application software (MFC) to retrieve information on pallets.
• Monitor tray warehouse capacity using system reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
