Equipment Operator I
About The Position
This warehouse role focuses primarily on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers in a fast-paced environment. The position also involves warehouse put-away, replenishment, and picking operations, including using RF scanners and a headset for computer-generated picking instructions, which are provided in English only. The work environment is not temperature controlled and the role is described as physically demanding. The standard schedule is 3rd shift, 8:00 PM–5:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Schedules may change based on business demands, shifts may extend to 12 hours, overtime may be required, and the first week of each month requires a mandatory six-day work week. The stated pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Interviews are held in Building 309; the positions are located in Building 409.
Requirements
- At least one year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience.
- Experience with I-Warehouse machines.
- Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift.
- Experience with double blade pallet jacks.
- Proficiency using reach trucks and cherry pickers.
- General warehouse experience.
- At least one year of experience using RF scanners.
- Ability to wear and use a headset for computer-generated picking instructions provided in English only.
- Reliable form of transportation.

- Steel toe boots are required.
