Requirements

High School diploma required
Exceptional organizational skills
Knowledge of fiscal management
Knowledge of athletic equipment and uniform repair
Understanding the importance of working with the Grand Rapids ownership group
Having a multi-faceted skillset using the latest technologies and equipment available to the Gold
Ability to have a creative, agile mindset in dealing with players
Ability to function as a team member in a competitive environment and collaborate with others

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the distribution of Gold-branded merchandise to players and staff
Perform all laundry-related tasks, including the collection and cleaning of all used practice gear and distribution of gear
Ensure the practice facility is prepared in advance of the team’s arrival, including hydration setup, inflated basketballs, and mopping the court as necessary
Purchase equipment as necessary through the league office via Nike
Ensure newly-acquired players are prepared, including names on their jerseys and correct sizes for practice
Assist in game day preparation, including bench setup, locker room setup, and laundry needs as necessary
