About The Position

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the position of Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. Requirements

AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field
Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices
Strong mechanical skills
Strong electronic skills
Excellent Oral communication skills
Excellent Written Communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Candidates must meet the applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access (U.S. citizen or U.S. national; lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder); or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)).
