About The Position

Primary responsibilities: Equipment & Fleet Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, minor diagnostics, and repairs on: Small engines (generators, pumps, compact equipment) Light and heavy equipment Fleet vehicles and trailers Assist with equipment mobilization, demobilization, and transport as required. Log repairs, inspections, maintenance activities, and parts usage accurately in Tenna.Assist with GPS/telemetry device installs, troubleshooting, and replacements.Support inventory accuracy by verifying equipment condition, location, and status.Facilities & Yard SupportPerform routine facility and yard maintenance, including: Minor building repairs such as drywall patching and painting, carpentry such as shelving and baseboards, minor electrical, plumbing repairs and emergency cleanupsOffice set ups including, hanging or removing hung items.Moving furniture in/out/to/from office(s) and any repair or clean up associated Set up and break down of events, load out equipment for events when needed for offsite.Yard organization and equipment staging Support of laydown yard operations and controlled storage Receiving and preparing shipments as well as loading and unloading Technical skills: Basic Mechanical troubleshooting and repair capability. Organized, dependable, and safety focused.Ability to adapt to changing priorities across fleet, facilities, and operations. Clear communication with management, admin, and field teams.Willingness to support training, inspections, and cross functional initiatives. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors, in shop environments, and on job sites. Ability to operate vehicles, trailers, and equipment as required. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands on experience in equipment, vehicle, or small engine repair.Working knowledge of diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and PM practices. Experience supporting facilities maintenance or yard operations preferred.Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus (or willingness to obtain).
