This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who already has basic mechanical or repair experience and is ready to grow those skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

Some hands-on experience with tools, equipment, or repairs (work, school, or personal projects)
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Comfort using common hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task

Nice To Haves

Auto repair, construction, or facility maintenance
DIY/mechanical projects, trade school, or technical training
Warehouse, landscaping, or any role involving tools and equipment

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day maintenance activities to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly
Perform routine upkeep such as lubrication, filter changes, and general equipment checks
Help identify mechanical issues and support basic repair work
Respond to production needs by assisting with equipment-related requests
Keep tools, parts, and work areas organized and in safe working condition
Follow all safety and company procedures at all times
Support ongoing efforts to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
