Requirements

Responsibilities

  • HPBI Pump relocation/Leak Mitigation
  • Spare Part Inventory Spreadsheet creation/maintenance
  • DIESORT Product Parameter matrix creation
  • Shadow Tech/Engineers to practice failure investigation and recovery, audit PM activities to find shortcomings or redundancies
  • Create a searchable database of parts in Agile loop
  • Implement long-term quality of life improvements for HPBI systems
  • Develop a trackable DIESORT parameter matrix to equalize tool operation between different shifts and technicians
  • Practice investigation skills into equipment repair and maintenance, foster out of the box thinking for long-term equipment upgrades and modifications
  • Become familiarized with automated wafer handling, electrical system investigation, pneumatic and vacuum system operation, and various equipment user interfaces
  • Make meaningful contributions to maintenance activities and demonstrate long-term thinking for equipment modifications
