In this role, you will lead the installation, optimization, and maintenance of High NA EUV Track equipment to ensure flawless process integration. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 4 years of experience in photolithography track equipment development and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated expertise with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret complex schematic diagrams.
  • Experience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC) to resolve assembly process issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technology development or R&D fab environments.
  • Background in DRAM track process optimization and process integration flow.
  • Technical leadership experience in a consortium or multi-company environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead equipment hardware projects and installations, partnering with suppliers and facilities to meet future process requirements.
  • Develop and optimize advanced photolithography track recipes to meet performance, defect, and cost targets for new memory parts.
  • Identify and resolve equipment-related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodologies.
  • Design preventative maintenance schedules and programs to increase equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Evaluate and qualify new photo film materials and equipment configurations to support technology scaling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima while protecting Micron’s intellectual property.
  • Mentor junior engineers on equipment operations to contribute to the advancement of departmental goals.
