Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Optics.
A strong interest in technology and a basic understanding of IC processing equipment.
Eagerness to learn and apply logical problem-solving techniques to improve equipment performance.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to engage in a hands-on fab working environment and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for tasks.
Resilience: The ability to learn from challenges and recover quickly from technical difficulties.
