Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Optics.
  • A strong interest in technology and a basic understanding of IC processing equipment.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply logical problem-solving techniques to improve equipment performance.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to engage in a hands-on fab working environment and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for tasks.
  • Resilience: The ability to learn from challenges and recover quickly from technical difficulties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a foundational understanding of semiconductor equipment design and operation to support and enhance tool availability.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment stability and contribute to improvement initiatives through logical problem-solving.
