About The Position
This role focuses on the availability, functionality, cleanliness, and distribution of Biomedical equipment. The technician will ensure that equipment inventory meets the par levels of hospital departments and that the equipment decontamination process is performed correctly. Responsibilities include the delivery and pickup of equipment from nursing units and hospital departments, as well as maintaining records on rental equipment as it flows through the hospital. This also involves receiving, logging, attaching tracking tags, and tracking calls for rental equipment requests and related service issues.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience in a hospital environment Preferred
Responsibilities
