Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering Field (Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree).
  • 8+ years of industry experience in Engineering Product Development.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Ability to learn new concepts/technology and applying them.
  • Experience in CAD or other relevant drawing programs.
  • Ability to travel 30-40%

Responsibilities

  • Function mainly as an electrical engineer for equipment development related projects in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business.
  • Developing and designing new equipment offerings as the Electrical Engineer expert, to fit new commercial efforts with collaboration from commercial teams, equipment vendors and the Solenis Launch team.
  • This includes the ideation, design, drawing/manual development and construction oversight of brand new to market equipment offerings.
  • Be the primary contact on new equipment design projects to ensure they meet commercial needs as well as ready to hand over to the equipment launch team upon completion.
  • Be measured in on time delivery of projects within defined budget and operating parameters while maintaining Solenis’ strict safety protocols established for its branded equipment lines.
