Requirements

  • Must hold a Texas driver's license, reliable personal vehicle with current registration, and valid vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Account Management, Clinical, and Patient Care Coordination teams to provide delivery and education support to local patients
  • Review, research, and prioritize delivery orders to make the most effective use of your time
  • Obtain proper patient delivery and education documentation as required
  • Serve as a concierge-level representative for Sentido at every patient and account interaction
  • Function as a patient advocate to facilitate timely service and resolve any issues or conflicts with care and urgency
  • Demonstrate and educate patients and family members on necessary equipment and services
  • Manage monthly area inventory reporting and maintain adequate supplies on hand
  • Organize the local warehouse and equipment to maintain compliance with company and accreditation procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Brightree, Ace Transport, and all required platforms
  • Handle all patient health information and marketing materials in full compliance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Be available for emergency patient deliveries, including after-hours and on-call needs
  • Report to the designated corporate office daily and support ongoing warehouse operations
  • Participate in educational meetings and company events as directed
