Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required
  • Interstate License required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid CDL A driver license, Medical Card
  • Technical aptitude to fix machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, clients and team members

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to drive manual transmission preferred

Responsibilities

  • Load machines and deliver for unloading at designated location.
  • Transport equipment to and from customer/other Swire locations in assigned geography.
  • Occasionally pick up fountain units and other equipment ready for removal.
  • Resolve minor problems with machines; completing work activity along with following service protocol and other related duties as required.
  • Effective and professional interaction with customers, Swire leadership and associates.
  • Report inventory accurately for business accountability.
  • By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity.
  • Attend meetings as assigned.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
  • Assist other associates as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
