About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Crew Operator to support our Drilled Shaft Operations team. This is a union position offering competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency operating the listed equipment
- Valid CDL Class “A” with tanker endorsement (required)
- Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town assignments
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round and during night shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Nice To Haves
- OSHA/NCCO equivalent crane certification (preferred; earns additional hourly pay)
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including: Skid steer, Backhoe, Water truck, Mini excavator
- Assist with drilled shaft installation and related site preparation
- Follow direction from site supervision and work collaboratively with crew members
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations
- Perform duties in various weather conditions and during night shifts as needed
