The Equipment Coordinator will monitor and manage the performance of project assets across multiple construction sites to ensure project deadlines are met. This role involves maintaining agile tracking for detailed weekly updates on equipment, dependencies, status, and risks. The coordinator will review rental and procurement documents for compliance, ensure adherence to rental partner agreements, and collaborate with the accounting department for invoice approvals and payment issue resolution. They will influence asset maintenance and operations based on equipment condition and site priorities, and cooperate with site/office management to request equipment. The position also includes supervising on-site mechanics, supporting operational activities, and managing day-to-day relationships with field service teams and finance. Key responsibilities also involve leading project move-on processes, coordinating the delivery and setup of office support infrastructure, scheduling and coordinating the delivery and maintenance of onsite fleet vehicles, fuel supply, sanitary equipment services, and supporting logistics in scheduling material recycling. Effective communication with internal and external peers, reporting equipment needs to management, and coordinating equipment inspections and utilization tracking are also crucial aspects of this role.
