Requirements

  • Strong organization skills: ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical background: experience in heavy equipment or a related industry preferred.
  • Attention to detail: ability to accurately complete inspections and documentation.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Support equipment readiness: prepare machines for rental and sale, including basic setup and coordination.
  • Perform inspections: complete inbound, outbound, and damage inspections with accurate documentation.
  • Ensure quality standards: verify all outgoing equipment meets cleanliness and operational expectations.
  • Coordinate equipment flow: assist in tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory across the yard and facility.
  • Partner across teams: work closely with service, sales, and operations to support equipment needs and timelines.
