About The Position
Pronto Staffing is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Equipment Assembler. This role involves building farm machinery using hand and power tools in an outdoor work setting. Candidates should be ready for daily heavy lifting and active hands-on work.
Requirements
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Must be a dedicated team player who arrives on time
- Background check and drug screening may be required
Responsibilities
- Assemble farm machinery using wrenches and power tools
- Move and lift heavy parts and equipment safely
- Follow instructions to build machinery correctly
- Keep tools and the outdoor work area organized
- Wear safety glasses and follow all safety rules
