Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in construction, heavy equipment, or industrial operations
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual tasks
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
• Prior experience in construction or equipment operation is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced equipment operators in the safe and efficient operation of construction and industrial machinery
• Learn to perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Support the team in preparing work sites, including loading and unloading materials
• Observe and learn proper operating techniques for various types of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks effectively
• Adhere to project schedules and quality standards
