Key Resin CompanyBatavia, OH

About The Position

At Key Resin, we manufacture high-performance epoxy, urethane, and terrazzo flooring systems used across a wide range of industries. Before a customer invests in a flooring project, they often want to see and feel what the finished floor will look like. That's where you come in. We are looking for a Epoxy Sample Technician to create physical flooring samples that accurately represent our products. You'll take raw materials, mix, and apply them to build professional sample boards that help customers visualize their finished floor. This is a hands-on role that combines craftsmanship, artistry, manufacturing, and attention to detail. This job can be incredibly rewarding. You'll create products that directly influence customer decisions, and you'll have the opportunity to develop specialized skills that few people possess. However, we also want to be upfront: Some days are repetitive. There are deadlines and customer expectations that create pressure. You'll often manage multiple projects at once. The work can be physically/mentally demanding. Attention to detail is required all day, every day. Mistakes can result in wasted materials and delays. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and appreciate seeing a finished product come to life, this could be a great fit for you.
